In this competitive job market, many UCSF graduates choose to wait until they are board certified to look for a GC position. As such, 50% of our students (12/24 graduates) have found a position within 3 months of graduating. For our cohorts graduating 2023-2025, we had a first-time ABGC Certification Exam pass rate of 69.4% (25/36), with an overall pass rate of 94.4%.
